Tiles are 3mm thick and are made from high density fibreboard (aka hardboard or Masonite) so they are more durable than MDF. If you spill your drink on them, just dry them off right away. Scored with 29mmx29mm grids (1 1/8 inches), compatible with many gaming systems. Or flip them over if you don’t want the grid. Interlocking style lets you create a wide variety of layouts . You can always add more tiles to increase your play area.

The standard set comes with floor tiles and walls.
